Global Procurement Specialist

A key objective of this role is to ensure seamless procurement operations across the entire source-to-pay lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and maintain comprehensive documentation on procurement procedures, including how-to-guides and related procedure documents.
  • Manage user access requests for business users within the Coupa platform.
  • Assist in contract execution and supplier onboarding processes.
  • Execute procurement operations controls and track/report relevant metrics.
  • Become an expert in Coupa and related tools/processes to provide:
    • SUPPORT OF DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITY WITHIN PROCUREMENT TOOLS, INCLUDING COUPA P2P.
    • DELIVERY OF TRAINING NEEDS FOR PROCUREMENT TOOLS BOTH INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY.
  • Support procurement communications, including maintenance and development of the procurement intranet site as a communication channel.
  • Participate in Coupa UAT activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Good knowledge and experience working with Source to Pay systems (Coupa or similar).
    • Previous experience deploying Coupa or related systems and conducting user trainings.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent written English and policies drafting skills.
    • Presentation skills.
    • Experience in procurement, working with procurement policies and processes, reporting and tools.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret large volumes of data.
