We are seeking an organized and diligent Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
This role plays a critical part in supporting our financial health and strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of credit control processes and best practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
- Develop and implement effective credit control processes.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a focus on improving processes and systems.
