Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our Continental Europe region. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and margin improvement through strategic planning and financial performance management.

  • Develop and execute the 3-year strategic plan in collaboration with the CE business leader.
  • Lead the delivery of financial performance in line with the annual budget, working closely with the Europe leadership team.
  • Be a key influencer and decision-maker on both the GPN CE leadership team and the global GPN Finance team.

You will oversee the annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial performance. Your strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex data to stakeholders will be essential in this role.

  • Degree-educated or equivalent, with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications.
  • Proven track record of financial leadership and delivery of financial performance at a regional level.
  • Experience leading finance teams and owning P&L delivery in the CPG/FMCG sector.
