Groundskeeper/Property Steward

As a maintenance professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and its gardens are beautifully manicured. You will receive comprehensive training through our academy to develop essential skills and knowledge.

• Effectively manage daily workload, utilizing resources for painting, decorating, and gardening.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative routines in tiling, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Monitor the health of all plants and greenspaces, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing and mowing lawns, weeding gardens and keeping green spaces clear of debris and litter.
• Investigate and resolve equipment and control system issues.
• Assist plumbers and electricians with defects in hotel systems.

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
• Safe Pass certification is advantageous.
• Qualifications in trades such as painting, plumbing, or construction are desirable.
• Self-motivation, task prioritization, attention to detail, and standards-driven mindset are essential.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment and flexibility in working hours are required.
• A good command of English is necessary.
