Job Description

This leadership position is responsible for the overall management and oversight of enterprise-level applications in the Product Master Data flow.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the design, delivery, and support of these applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

  • Lead the global design and delivery of enterprise solutions for the flow of Product Master Data.
  • Ensure design is integrated across all functional and technical teams.
  • Measure support performance, ensuring adherence to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business process owners and program managers to ensure that requirements and deliverables are understood and agreed.
  • Partner with program managers in the planning of scope, schedule, resource, and cost.
  • Provide input to the alignment of IT strategy to the objectives of key business partners for the Applications supported.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems (a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • 10+ years' Applications functional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Applications leadership roles involving Data Management, Data Migration, and flows.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements:

  • Experience in Agile PLM and MDG system administration and implementation.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities, focusing on highest value and impact.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries at all levels through influence, negotiation, and partnering for change.
