We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to manage all aspects of kitchen operations, create memorable breakfast experiences for guests and maintain a HACCP-compliant kitchen at all times.
- Plan and execute menus that meet high standards of quality and pay attention to detail.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation and service.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage kitchen supplies and ensure efficient use of equipment and resources.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Requirements- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef is essential.
- Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing kitchen teams and meeting demanding targets.
