About the Role:This is a leadership opportunity to oversee a dedicated team in Private Equity Fund Accounting. Your key responsibilities will include managing client deliverables, driving process improvements, and leading a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage workload and review outputs for a growing Private Equity Fund Accounting team.
- Deliver accurate financial reports to clients and investors within agreed deadlines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, investors, and auditors.
- Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including system automation and process enhancements.
- Promote a high standard of client service while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Professional accounting qualification with 5+ years of post-qualified experience.
- Technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS.
- Experience in fund accounting or private equity.
- Strong people leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with system improvement projects an advantage.
