Accounting Leadership Position

A pivotal role overseeing a team in a fund accounting environment, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high-performing work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a growing fund accounting team.
  • Review and oversee net asset values, valuations, and client reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage workloads efficiently while meeting client service levels and regulatory deadlines.
  • Provide coaching, training, and continuous professional development for team members.
  • Act as the key liaison with clients, auditors, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in processes, automation, and reporting quality.

Our ideal candidate will possess Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and 10+ years post-qualification experience. A strong technical knowledge of GAAP principles is essential. Experience reviewing net asset values and proven leadership skills are also required.
