Job Title: Quality and Technical Specialist

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Quality and Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Quality Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and protocols.

Requirements:
- A diploma in a food-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years' experience in a quality role within the food manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of BRCGS and Bord Bia standards, as well as HACCP and TACCP systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
