Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our organization's Environmental, Health and Safety function.

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to mentorship, sustainability, and innovation.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, strategies & training to Company standard.

This is a key position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the team provide high-quality service to our customers and retain a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing, maintaining and continually improving our health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Preparing and issuing risk assessments, method statements and site-specific safety statements and construction stage plans.
  • Supporting and managing sub-contractors' safety compliance and integration with operations and safety culture.
  • Organising and conducting regular quality, health and safety meetings with regular reporting to management.
  • Completing EHS training for employees and sole traders/contractors.
Requirements
  • A Health and Safety degree or qualification is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant position in the construction industry is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to deliver internal health and safety management courses is also necessary.
