Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled health and safety professional to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires promoting a culture of health, safety, and compliance across all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor compliance with Irish H&S legislation, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to staff and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support project managers in developing method statements and safe systems of work.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for regulatory audits.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture across all site operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification (essential).
  • Minimum 2–3 years' construction site experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
