Safety Compliance Specialist

**Job Title:** Projects Safety Advisor
A leading biopharma company is seeking a Projects Safety Advisor to ensure compliance with EHS requirements, support project teams on site, and implement documentation, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure PSDP/PSCS compliance
- Work with the projects team to identify hazards in design that may present during construction and subsequent maintenance, completing design risk assessments.
- Communicate necessary control measures, design assumptions or remaining risks to the PSDP so they can be dealt with in the safety and health plan.
- Carry out continuous assessment and audits to ensure compliance within the Site Projects Group
- Work with Project Managers on Construction H&S Plans
- Advise on all aspects of the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations
- Manage the design safety risk assessments program
- Audit and metricate projects safety files
- Training of project engineers and project managers
- Support safety incident investigations
- Third-level qualification in Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an EHS role, ideally within the biopharma, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector
- Proactive approach to risk management, with a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
