As a Quantitative Research Director, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and helping to generate new business.

The role involves heading up and managing the research process, including client account handling, proposal preparation, project design and management, analysis and delivery of key consumer insights.

You will work with a highly experienced team of directors who lead the business in Ireland, and will be involved in all aspects of the research process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategy, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends.
  • Project Oversight: Design and oversee end-to-end research projects, including sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and analysts.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, presenting research findings and strategic recommendations.

For this leadership role, you will need to have a proven passion for market research, experience in quantitative research techniques and analysis, and a track record in project and people management.
