About the Project Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple residential and apartment schemes across Dublin, Wicklow, and Louth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality/safety standards.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: programming, procurement, budgets, risk, QA, H&S, and handover.
  • Lead site teams (Site Managers, Engineers, QS, Admin) across concurrent schemes; set weekly/daily look-aheads.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, utilities, and local authorities; manage RFIs and value engineering.
  • Drive subcontractor performance, labour and plant resourcing, and material call-offs to meet programme.
  • Oversee BCAR/QA processes, ITPs, inspections, and documentation; manage client/assigned certifier engagements.
  • Monitor cashflow, variations, and change control in partnership with commercial team.
  • Report progress, risks, and mitigations to senior management; maintain clear project dashboards.
  • Champion a strong Safety Culture (RAMS, permits, audits, toolbox talks) and impeccable site presentation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 6+ years in project management within residential/apartment delivery (Ireland/UK), with at least one full lifecycle project.
  • Strong knowledge of timber frame and traditional build, RC Frame, M&E interfaces, fire-stopping/compartmentation, and faade coordination.
  • Proven record of programme management and de-risking constraints on live, multi-unit schemes.
  • Commercially aware; comfortable with cost control, procurement, and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills; decisive, organised, and solutions-focused.
  • Proficient with MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, and common snag/QA platforms.
  • Relevant qualification in Construction/Engineering/PM or equivalent experience; Safe Pass and H&S certifications advantageous.
