Site Management Professional

About the Position:
A seasoned professional in site management is sought to spearhead construction projects. This role demands a skilled individual with proficiency in IT and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site engineers' drawings interpretation, site surveys, as-built drawings
- Layouts, materials measurement reading and interpreting
- Subcontractor/general workforce management on site
- Efficient planning of works to meet programme targets
- Liaising with clients' representatives and design team members as required
- Maintaining highest Health and Safety standards throughout works
- Evaluating quality of work performed
- Monitoring and recording site materials
- Accurate record keeping and reporting
Requirements:
- Possession of relevant third-level qualification
- Excellent IT skills
- Minimum two years' experience in setting out on construction sites
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Motivation to deliver high standards in safety, quality, and programme delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Valid driving licence
