Site Manager Job Summary

This is a highly demanding and challenging role that requires the successful candidate to oversee all on-site activities, ensuring they are completed in a safe, timely, and high-quality manner.

  • The Site Manager will be responsible for the commercial and technical management of site-based projects, maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
  • They will review and understand design documentation, project programs, and construction methodologies for assigned projects, setting teams to work and coordinating activities accordingly.
  • A key requirement of this role is to promote and reinforce positive behaviors to encourage a proactive safety culture on site.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • iOSHSafety, Health, and Environment for Construction Site Managers (SHE) certification.
  • No less than five years' experience working on multi-discipline site-based projects.
  • No less than five years' construction experience, preferably in a trade or supervisory role.
  • Possession of a valid Safe Pass Experience in the water/wastewater industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the water/wastewater industry, construction methodologies, equipment, and processes is also desirable.
