Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage dashboards to provide visibility into key regional metrics.
  • Conduct recurring and ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, impacts, and root causes across Customer Success.
  • Communicate regularly on business/team performance, making recommendations based on analysis of key performance areas.
  • Present insights on key customer success metrics to stakeholders to assist them in driving performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and track progress around Customer Success team productivity, planning, processes, and tools.

As a Customer Success Operations Analyst, you will also:

  • Utilize multiple data sources to create and monitor indicators, extending understanding of risk in the customer portfolio.
  • Assist in developing plans to mitigate risks.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly recurring reporting as well as fulfill ad-hoc data requests.
  • Act as a liaison between global success operations teams and regional leadership teams.
  • Craft executive presentations with Sales Leaders.
  • Coordinate fiscal year planning for the Customer Success team.
