As the Business Intelligence & Insights Manager, you'll lead a talented team of analysts and data scientists to deliver high-impact insights, dashboards, and reports that drive smarter decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.

This is a 12 month contract under a hybrid model, 2/3 days a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

As a senior member of the team, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data scientists, and QA analysts.
  • Design and manage robust MI and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights into financial crime trends and operational performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and relevant MI outputs.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards, visualisations, and presentations that clearly communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Ensure data integrity through the implementation of rigorous QA processes and standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience managing teams across data analysis, data science, and quality assurance.
  • Strong technical expertise in:
    • Data manipulation & ETL (e.g., SQL, Python)
    • Data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies in a data environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
