The Role
As a Business Analyst, your core mission is to act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
You'll translate complex business challenges into clear, data-driven requirements and ensure solutions are impactful, scalable, and user-centered.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide feature development from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous alignment with both user goals and company KPIs.

A Successful Candidate Will
Translate business problems into well-defined products and technical requirements.
Own discovery and definition phases for new and evolving product features.
Deliver actionable insights by synthesizing data, user research, and input from cross-functional teams.
Bridge the gap between technical implementation and business/user needs to ensure solutions are both feasible and valuable.
Collaborate with Product Managers to gather, document, and validate requirements and use cases.
Conduct user research, workflow analysis, and competitive assessments to inform decisions.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey insights and inform strategic direction.
Write user stories, define success metrics, and contribute to Agile planning sessions.
Monitor post-launch product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify process and system enhancements to improve team efficiency and product outcomes.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or product role.
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience or Exposure to Design and basic UI/UX principles.
Strong understanding of large data sets, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
Experience working in Agile product teams, contributing to user stories, and participating in sprint rituals.
Proven ability to analyze complex systems and workflows and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Nice to have
Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or querying databases (SQL).
Exposure to Agile product development practices.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Confluence etc.
