Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join Europe's Largest Airline Group
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting the agile development process. You will play a key role in shaping the future of airline technology by contributing to the design and delivery of high-impact software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proven ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and working with design teams.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.

- Hybrid Working Model – up to 3 days work from home
- Defined Contribution Pension Scheme – Matched up to 5% or €5,000
- Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary
- 20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.
