Senior Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice, working on a wide range of projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital transformation and strategic change projects, responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, control, and delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with business users to understand problem statements and agree scope of engagement.
  • Interviewing product owners to understand as-is business processes and developing customer-driven to-be processes.
  • Supporting the business by documenting process models and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • MAPPING customer experiences using tools like personas, customer journeys, etc.
  • Gathering and analyzing statistical data from the business areas to support business cases for change.
  • Researching and analyzing best-in-class industry processes to support digitization and simplification of customer journeys.
  • Supporting the business in planning and designing digital strategies encouraging customer retention and loyalty.
  • Bringing industry experience and thought leadership to advise on trends, future operating models, and best-in-class journeys.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace that our stakeholders operate in.

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
  • Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate clearly and non-ambiguously, conduct requirements workshops, and drive decision-making.
  • Experience in documenting business cases, business process modeling, requirement elicitation through workshops, managing projects from inception to design to delivery.
  • An IT background with a solid grounding in technology.
  • Experience of working in both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
