Job Description

This role is pivotal in supporting executive leaders and team members across EMEA & LATAM in a wide spectrum of HR-related topics. We seek a seasoned Transformational HR Expert to drive meaningful change and foster an exceptional employee experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to be part of a cutting-edge talent team driving innovative HR strategies across the region.

You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, providing expert HR partnership support, and delivering impactful results.

This is a 11-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide consulting and coaching services to executive leaders on HR matters within their organizations
  • Partner with centres of excellence to solve complex business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives
  • Deliver short-term solutions while solving long-term challenges by addressing immediate needs and underlying causes
  • Lead organizational change processes in response to hyper-growth and scaling demands
  • Support and enhance manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
  • Analyse data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to support business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with other HR experts and centres of excellence to ensure alignment and create a high-performing cross-functional team
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization to support and address its needs
  • Exemplify and champion the organization's culture and values and serve as a role model who drives its mission and vision
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with compliance rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
