The Role:

  • Lead the design and build of Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Define integration strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee testing and deployment to ensure quality and performance.
  • Manage data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
  • Mentor and guide a team of integration specialists.
  • Drive project delivery from planning through to implementation.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment.

The Person:

  • Senior/Managerial level experience in HR technology, with strong expertise in Workday integrations.
  • Background in HRIS, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and policies.
  • Track record of delivering HR technology projects in large organisations.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or UKG.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
