Associate HR Generalist Role

This is a permanent, full-time role in our Leave Support Team that requires exceptional human resources skills and expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational policies and practices to all colleagues.
  • Offer confidential, empathetic, and professional support during critical life events such as bereavement, injury or illness.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR System, ensuring compliance with organizational Policy.
  • Develop relationships through case management for sustainable and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the wider team, particularly during busy periods.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a HR role.
  • Highly empathetic individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with people in emotive situations.
  • A good understanding of organizational policies and processes or desire to develop these.
  • Inclined to challenge established ways of thinking for clear, effective, and efficient processes.
