Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist on an 11-month contract.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR support services to employees across the EMEA region, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Develop and maintain HR content to meet business needs, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Manage high-volume ticketing systems, ensuring efficient case resolution and timely responses.
  • Analyse trends and collaborate with global teams to drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in core HR processes, including leave of absence, benefits, employee data, and Workday.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations within a shared services or centralized environment.
  • Strong writing skills for HR content and policies, with the ability to craft engaging and informative materials.
  • Proficiency in case management and HR systems, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
