HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to the business's success in Dublin.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Lead talent identification and succession planning efforts to support the growth of the organization.
  • Support managers in building development plans and foster a feedback-driven culture to promote employee engagement.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure meaningful engagement and outcomes for all employees.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and respect.
  • Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws in multiple jurisdictions to minimize risk.
  • Partner with HR colleagues across regions to address and resolve issues effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support business capability and individual growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex industry.
  • Degree in HR or a related subject, such as Business Administration or Organizational Development.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international organization with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, with a passion for driving results.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience in Irish HR employment law is mandatory.
