HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the success of our organisation by partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex industry.
  • A degree in HR or other related subject is required, along with strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • The role involves collaborating with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage, and experience in Irish HR employment law is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Align HR strategies with business goals through collaboration with senior leaders.
  2. Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  3. Lead talent identification and succession planning efforts.
  4. Support managers in building development plans and fostering a feedback-driven culture.
  5. Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure meaningful engagement and outcomes.
  6. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  7. Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
  8. Partner with HR colleagues across regions to address and resolve issues effectively.
  9. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support business capability and individual growth.
