Strategic HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful implementation of Human Resources processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations cases to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Coach managers on a range of Employee Relations issues to promote employee engagement and reduce conflict.
  • Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures in accordance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business results.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives related to Employee Relations to continuously improve processes and policies.
  • Regularly analyze ER practices and policies to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
