We are looking for a seasoned Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

Job Description

This role will be based in a hybrid model, with a mix of working from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days. As a Talent Solutions Account Executive, you will be responsible for tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options, and sell corporate solutions for recruitment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects.
  • Creating reliable forecasts and being completely transparent with management on the pipeline status.
  • Closing new business consistently at or above quota level.
  • Developing and executing on a strategic plan for the territory and documenting competitive information.
  • Investing in colleagues and giving coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement.
  • Working to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team.
  • Listening to the needs of the market and sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
  • Being proactive about solving problems even if it's outside your area and being ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
  • Seeking out opportunities to be a leader and doing everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of closing sales experience in sales or recruitment role.
  • Fluent in English and either Polish or Czech Languages.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with recruiting, recruitment media, HR software, SaaS opportunities, IT or recruiting solutions, knowledge of software contract terms and conditions, negotiation, forecasting skills, demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment, and ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and a track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment.
