Job Title: Financial Services Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to fill the role of Financial Services Professional. This position offers a unique blend of in-person and remote work opportunities, allowing suitable candidates to enjoy a Hybrid Work From Home arrangement.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients via phone, email, and online consultations. You will also play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities, proposing tailored financial solutions, and cross-selling relevant products where possible.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent telephone sales skills, deliver high levels of customer service through various channels, and maintain productive relationships with colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial advice over the phone and by email.
  • Actively identify sales opportunities from high intent inbound enquiries and propose suitable financial solutions.
  • Cross-sell relevant products where possible.
  • Ensure all internal procedures and industry regulations are followed.

Required Qualifications:

  • QFA, CFP, or APA certification.
  • Excellent telephone sales skills.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service via phone, email, and web-meetings.
  • Team player that maintains productive relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Previous experience as a Financial Advisor, CFP, or APA in a Financial Services Brokerage or Financial Institution.
  • Previous experience operating a CRM system is a bonus.
