Paediatric and Adult Care Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated Registered General and Paediatric Nurse with excellent patient care skills.
With a minimum of one year's post-registration experience, preferably in a surgical setting, you will have the opportunity to develop your nursing practice within our multi-disciplinary team.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient-centred care to paediatric and adult patients at our hospital. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care according to professional standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all members of the healthcare team.
Additional Duties:
- Act as an advocate for patients, providing support and information as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure safeguarding standards and child protection guidelines are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
- Registered General and Paediatric Nurse with current registration.
- Minimum one year post-registration experience.
- Desirable: Surgical experience.
