Key Technical Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced technical services leader to join our team at a large-scale, high-performance site. With significant growth underway, this is an exciting opportunity to lead technical operations in a complex, regulated environment where your expertise will directly impact operational excellence.

Responsibilities and Impact
  • Oversee the delivery of technical performance across the entire site, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence through effective management of systems such as BMS and Maximo.
  • Lead and develop a skilled technical team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Manage key projects with a strong focus on documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Uphold GMP compliance and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection.
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, strategic initiatives, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing technical services in a regulated environment, with a track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams, with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • Background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a deep understanding of technical operations and systems.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on approach to problem-solving and collaboration, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
