Job Description:
  This is a hybrid role that requires a presence in the office a maximum of 1 day per week. As a Freight Movement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and compliant transportation of materials within and out of the EMEA region. You will work closely with our main Distribution Center, carriers and freight forwarders, as well as liaising with warehouses, suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Main Responsibilities:
  
  1. Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods to ensure safe and timely delivery
  2. Work closely with our main Distribution Center, carriers and freight forwarders
  3. Liaise with warehouses, suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
  4. Act as the main point of contact for carriers, freight forwarders, and internal cross-functional teams regarding shipment updates and issues
  5. Monitor shipments using logistics and tracking systems to ensure visibility of goods in transit

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  
  1. 2-3 years of experience in transportation, freight forwarding or logistics
  2. Understanding of freight management and basic customs procedures
  3. Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and priorities
  4. Strong Logistics software knowledge (SAP, TMS, WMS)
  5. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field (preferred but not required)
