Reporting directly to the senior management team, this permanent, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various sectors including cleanroom, architectural metalwork, food processing, and custom engineering.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving integrated quality and EHS systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and client requirements.
This includes promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and change management skills, with a proven track record in implementing and managing quality and EHS systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of integrated quality and EHS systems.
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards, internal policies, and client requirements.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness across the organization.
- Overseeing quality systems, inspections, audits, and performance reporting.
- Acting as the main client contact for Turnover Packages (TOPs) and quality compliance.
- Developing and monitoring KPIs, implementing quality plans, and ensuring all projects meet quality requirements.
- Coordinating internal and external audits, and following up on corrective actions.
- Degree-qualified in Quality, EHS, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- NEBOSH certification (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Proven experience with integrated management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence across departments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and training skills.
- Experience working on client sites is advantageous.
