Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving integrated quality and EHS systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and client requirements.

This includes promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and change management skills, with a proven track record in implementing and managing quality and EHS systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of integrated quality and EHS systems.
  2. Ensuring compliance with legal standards, internal policies, and client requirements.
  3. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness across the organization.
  4. Overseeing quality systems, inspections, audits, and performance reporting.
  5. Acting as the main client contact for Turnover Packages (TOPs) and quality compliance.
  6. Developing and monitoring KPIs, implementing quality plans, and ensuring all projects meet quality requirements.
  7. Coordinating internal and external audits, and following up on corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified in Quality, EHS, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • NEBOSH certification (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Proven experience with integrated management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence across departments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and training skills.
  • Experience working on client sites is advantageous.
