We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centered care to children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
About the Role:- The Relief Staff Nurse will work in partnership with service users to promote their independence and well-being.
- Nursing Care: Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that support service users' needs and goals.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for service users.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to staff and service users on health and safety best practices.
- A registered nurse with An Bord Altranais and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Eligibility criteria: qualifications and/or experience as outlined above.
- Application form and verification of certificates; interview and/or practical assessment.
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience supporting people with disabilities.
