Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to lead our product lifecycle management and operational excellence initiatives. This role will involve collaborating with supply partners, internal and external stakeholders, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the introduction and launch of generic pharmaceutical drug products from new/existing supply partners.
  • Liaise with cross-functional organizations to develop, document current process gaps and identify new processes.
  • Facilitate and collaborate with key stakeholders from implementation to change management activities.
  • Identify risks to project success and create mitigation plans; manage and negotiate win-win outcomes.
  • Establish and lead Product Launch Team comprising of Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Supplier and Product Quality groups to ensure alignment towards target launch dates.
