Job Description

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving process development and cost reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of efficient processes to drive down costs.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement that aligns with quality standards.
  • Oversee plant metrics from an engineering perspective, ensuring seamless integration with production operations.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to manufacturing teams.
  • Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles across production lines.
Requirements
  • A minimum Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
  • Desirable skills include experience in CNC machining, Process Validation, Coating, or Clean and Pack.
  • Effective decision-making and leadership abilities are essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proven project management skills with a record of delivering cost savings or process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with tangible results.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
