We are seeking an experienced senior product development leader to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This is a collaborative leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our instruments portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project managers and engineers tasked with introducing new products and technologies aligned with our divisional product portfolios.
  • Lead the team to deliver key programs or projects within specified timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate across functions within divisional and global organizations to deliver new products aligned with our product pipelines.
  • Develop a skills matrix aligned with product roadmaps, identifying training and coaching needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, biomedical engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering, management, or related fields.
