Job Description

As a senior executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercialization and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. This involves providing strategic leadership to an organization responsible for manufacturing, packaging, analytical testing and release, engineering, supply chain, drug product scale-up, and commercialization of commercial products at our site.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including quality, technical development, CMC regulatory, product strategy, SPDM strategy and operations, and global supply chain. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading commercial drug product manufacturing operations and supporting multiple regulatory filings and product-related inspections.

The selected candidate will lead the performance and talent management processes for the site, develop and manage department budgets, and ensure company compliance with statutory accounting practices. Additionally, they will serve as a senior member of the PDM Manufacturing Leadership Team, responsible for developing and establishing clinical and commercial manufacturing strategies and site operations.
