Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to cultivate and develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue expansion. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a portfolio of high-value partners who can meet the needs of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem in the region and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to ensure alignment with our business goals.
  • Work closely with the Partner Solution Engineering team to ensure technical proficiency and certification of partners on our solutions.
  • B collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions and packages that drive pipeline growth and user activation.
  • O optimize partner performance through regular business reviews and identify additional revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing partnerships and/or sales for high-tech or financial services organizations.
  • Successful track record of developing and growing high-value partnerships.
  • Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of industry trends and key players in the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with C-level audiences and positively influence outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree and fluency in French required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the financial services/payments industry.
