Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications through both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test strategies.
- Identify, analyze, and report software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Implement and maintain automated test frameworks, leveraging tools such as Selenium or similar technologies.
- Continuously monitor and improve test coverage and test efficiency through automation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance testability and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have experience with Salesforce CRM and GIT.
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Selenium.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
