We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Agent to join our team in Wexford. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of general insurance, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with brokers on policy renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments, providing high-quality customer service and support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in customer service, customer retention, policy administration, and sales across home, motor, and travel products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with brokers to deliver seamless policy renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments
  • Support the development of relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities to grow the business
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
