Job Title:
Analytical Planner for European Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled analytical planner to join our team in Kilkenny or Dublin. As an analytical planner, you will play a key role in supporting our demand forecasting and supply chain operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of collaborative demand forecasts with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely forecast updates.
Analyze historical demand patterns to develop statistical forecast predictions.
Collaborate with commercial, product management, and finance teams to finalize consensus demand.
Provide ongoing alerts to stakeholders on sales performance versus forecasts.
Monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in monthly demand reviews to illustrate forecast performance, risks, and opportunities.
Generate time-phased supply plans according to established planning and inventory policies.
Maintain appropriate safety stock levels to meet customer delivery targets.
Adhere to stocking principles, planning rules, and SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related field.
Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP is beneficial.
Integrated Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Able to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and technical documents.
A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
