Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working hard to meet the needs of our customers and supporting your colleagues in achieving sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Providing advice and guidance on products and services to customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping displays up-to-date.
  • Supporting the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programmes, enabling you to progress your career within the company.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
