Accounting Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our global team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with complex transactions and to gain exposure to international tax and royalty processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full withholding tax process across multiple jurisdictions, identifying applicable treaty/statutory rates, and preparing exemption forms. They will also collaborate with licensors to gather documentation and apply for exemptions, monitor and renew tax exemptions in line with country-specific regulations, issue withholding tax certificates, and communicate changes to licensees.

The Accounting Specialist will review and validate royalty reports submitted by licensees, generate and distribute accurate invoices with supporting documentation, record and reconcile incoming payments in the ERP system, and prepare and support internal reports for royalty and payment reconciliations.

Maintaining accurate and centralized records using document management systems and keeping communication portals updated with current forms and tax documents are also key responsibilities of this role.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting, tax, or related finance roles, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and part-qualified or fully qualified accountant status (ACCA, AITI, CIMA, or equivalent).

Exposure to international withholding tax and royalty processing, familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite, and experience with data/reporting tools such as Power BI are preferred qualifications.
