">Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a high volume of bank accounts, perform daily reconciliations, and resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a large portfolio of bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Manage aged debt and arrears, including month-end KPI reporting, to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to verify accuracy of postings and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume transactional environment.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and credit management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and meet expectations.
