Broker Support Professional

The role of a Broker Support Executive is to provide critical support for the full lifecycle of self-administered transactions, ensuring they progress smoothly and on time. This involves liaising directly with various stakeholders including solicitors, estate agents, property managers, trustees, surveyors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the entire process of self-administered transactions from application through to completion.
  • Coordinate funding via pension structures, adhering to relevant pension, tax and financial regulations.
  • Manage CRM updates, documentation, and portals to maintain accurate and compliant property and client files.
  • Oversee due diligence requirements, including legal, valuation and tenancy documentation.
  • Handle client and broker queries, providing timely updates and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Assist with preparation of property investment reports, cash flow updates, and compliance checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a financial services/admin/broker support role.
  • A background in self-administered pensions is desirable, candidates with a background in property investment or mortgage administration will also be considered.
  • Must have completed QFA.
  • Strong knowledge of pension regulations, tax laws, and compliance related to property held within retirement accounts.
