• Guest Service:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide coaching and training to your team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Operations Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage departments, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock orders, and maintain accurate records.

• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure that all staff members understand and adhere to health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Communication:
  • Maintain effective communication with the management team, staff members, and external partners to ensure seamless operation of the business.

Additional responsibilities may include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, managing cash handling and point-of-sale systems, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.
