Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Engineer for Water Networks.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of sustainable water projects that positively impact communities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative network infrastructure, pumping stations, and groundwater abstraction sites.
  • Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies, site assessments, Multi-Criteria Assessments, and technical evaluations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by preparing necessary planning application documents.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Manage project inputs and provide essential technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant Level 8 minimum third-level degree in engineering.
  • Strong post-qualification experience, ideally within water sector design.
  • Excellent professional and technical knowledge and skills in water networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as a valued member of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Competence in industry-standard software relevant to water network design.
