As a skilled human resources specialist, you will support the human resources department in coordinating and delivering effective onboarding programs tailored to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Liaise with department managers to manage labour planning and recruitment processes throughout the organization.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resources team with regards to employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to human resources activities and compliance.

Business requirements include 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with office software and CRM's, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication, time management, and organisation skills.
